Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on concrete pipe manufacturing equipment, including small engine repair and replacement.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as greasing machinery and vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Replace machine parts as needed to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery within the manufacturing plant.
- Coordinate outsourced repairs with external truck repair shops as required.
- Complete all necessary repair documentation and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor vehicle registrations and inspections to ensure compliance and up-to-date records.
- Work overtime as required to support plant operations and minimize equipment downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear company-provided safety gear at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience with maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and small engines.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks such as greasing machinery and vehicles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to complete repair paperwork and manage purchase orders.
- Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.
- Availability to work overtime when required.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of safety equipment.

Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
