A well-established companion animal veterinary clinic in the Annapolis, Maryland area is seeking a full-time or part-time Veterinarian with an interest in surgery and dentistry.
The clinic has been providing high-quality veterinary care and compassionate client service for more than 30 years and has built a strong reputation within the local community. The practice offers comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental services and has a large, loyal client base.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000–$160,000 for experienced veterinarians with strong surgical skills, based on experience, skillset, schedule, and preferred pace.
- Monthly Bonus: Competitive no-negative-accrual bonus plan with earning potential up to $160,000.
- Bonus participation is optional for veterinarians who prefer a straight-salary structure.
- Relocation stipend available.
- Additional bonus opportunities for multi-year commitments, negotiable based on experience, skills, and schedule commitment.
- Equity opportunity may be available.

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
