Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- Home health experience with strong knowledge of regulations and clinical operations
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of OASIS, documentation standards, and compliance requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (experience with KanTime preferred)
- Ability to lead with both accountability and compassion
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
